Biography
A native Oklahoman, Jane Rankin currently lives in Colorado. Experiences gained from living in many places in the United States and Europe, teaching and from her own children, have provided many ideas for her sculpture. The time spent in Turkey and Greece, hiking the ruins and visiting the museums to view the beautiful classical sculpture, planted the seed. "I want to do art with which people can identify, art that strikes a chord, that brings back a pleasant memory."
